really good stay with thoughtful staff and free wi-fi for a seamless experience

The staff catered to our needs perfectly. Super clean rooms and unique rooftop terrace views created lovely memories. We loved the proximity to attractions and the cute vibe throughout our visit.

The venue's position was central.

Our double room had an individual safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The hotel location was great and absolutely perfect in the middle of the city. Found Reissdorf im Mondial with perfect drinks 100 metres away.

A cozy stay in the heart

The suite offered fine views and spacious comfort. Every inch was thoughtfully designed. The staff's tweaked recommendations turned our restaurant visit into a good adventure.

The noise started early, so mornings felt rushed and less restful.

The room was top-class and there were coffee/tea makers, a sitting area and a work desk. The staff was amicable, I will never forget them. I didn't want to leave and would return anytime...

Comfortable and well-designed bathrooms

The bathroom's design impresses with modern fixtures and a comfortable layout. Cleanliness stands out, the room feels fresh .

Some rooms face a bustling plaza. The king bed feels a bit awkward due to two singles pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable seam in the middle. Breakfast options are limited and not worth the higher price, with complaints about stale bread and broken coffee machines disrupting the experience.

The experience was good. The loft well chosen things and completely quiet. I enjoyed the view of the old town hall. The staff offered helpful local recommendations. It was a perfect stopover during my rail journey.

Room felt really spacious and had a great layout. Loved that it came with a soaking tub and plenty of closet storage. The bed was super comfy for a good night's sleep. Super tidy, including the excellent bathroom setup. Plus, they provided nice bath products. It was cozy and modern, but I wished the air conditioning worked a little better during the warm nights.

The staff were super great . The hotel was located right in the heart of Cologne. I also appreciated the complimentary beverages in my room, a lovely touch!

It would have been great if I could crack the windows open for some fresh air, but overall this was a minor issue.

The air conditioning struggled in the hot room but the bathroom was excellent.

The hotel's elegant modern vibe and superb location made exploring the city easy. The room had a wonderful architectural design and offered an very nice view of the old town hall and cathedral. Unfortunately, finding the hotel was a bit tricky at first.
